Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of this website. They do not cover client work — every engagement is governed by its own signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything written here.

1. Acceptance
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. We may update the terms; the date above shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change counts as acceptance.
2. What this site is
This site describes services and publishes case material. It is information, not an offer. Nothing here creates a contract, a warranty or a commitment to deliver anything. A client relationship begins only when both parties sign an engagement agreement.
3. Permitted use
You may read, print and share pages for your own business evaluation. You may not scrape the site at volume, attempt to gain access to systems you aren't authorised to use, interfere with its operation, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
4. Content and intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics and code on this site belong to Longview Solutions, LLC unless stated otherwise. Client names, product names and trademarks mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to those marks.
Figures published in case material — precision, lead time, dimensions, material and process — describe specific programs. They aren't a guarantee that a different program will produce the same result.
5. No warranty
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any information on it is complete or current. Technical content may become outdated as tools and processes change.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Longview Solutions, LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profits or lost data. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to USD 100.
7. Third-party links
Where we link to another site, we do so because it was useful at the time. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Confidentiality of submissions
Please don't send confidential specifications through the contact form. Tell us what you're building at a high level and we'll put a mutual NDA in place before any detail changes hands. Information sent without an NDA is treated as non-confidential.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from use of this site will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.
